Passport photo questions
Can I smile?
Yes, a natural smile is fine, as long as both eyes are open and you're facing the camera.
Can I use the digital file to renew online?
Yes. The online renewal upload takes a color JPG, PNG, HEIC or HIEF file between 54 KB and 10 MB, and we'll send you one that fits.
What if it's not a U.S. passport?
We also take Chinese, Indian, Canadian and other passport and visa photos. Just let us know which one when you book.
